Introducing Villa Kirstin to our luxury portfolio, a four bedroom townhouse that is situated in the classy Margarida resort area of Vale do Lobo. Villa Kirstin is is a three bedroom property complete with it's own private infinity pool, a generously sized sunbathing deck and a BBQ area. This charming property has unspoilt views over the 12th fairway of the Vale do Lobo Royal course. Featuring a central air conditioning system with individual room controls, electric shutters throughout (with a central master control) and fibre optic Wi-fi internet.

Living Areas

The lounge is complete with ample comfy sofa seating and two armchairs, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and double patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace.

The large modern kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, a sandwich toaster, a four slices toaster, blender, kettle, four electric hobs, extractor, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, fridge and a separate freezer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one to three are upstairs from the entrance level of the property. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening onto a Juliet balcony. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and patio doors to a large private balcony. Both bedroom one and two share the separate family bathroom with shower room.

Bedroom three is the master double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a spa bath and a separate shower. Patio doors open onto the balcony.

Steps lead down from the entrance to bedroom four which is a double room with split unit air conditioning and a kitchenette with appliances including a washing machine, dryer and a freezer. There is a guest cloakroom also on this level.

Outside Space

Charcoal BBQ and food preparation area with a sink to create and cook all your al-fresco meals. The partially decked terrace is complete with outside sofa seating, a table with seating for six people and sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the 12th green of the Vale do Lobo Royal course. The infinity style pool measures approx. 6 metres x 3.5 metres.
