Villa Delila is a luxurious modern 3 bedroom townhouse that is situated in a exclusive area of Vale do Lobo. The contemporary design incorporates a private heated infinity pool, outside dining and sunbathing areas.
Villa Delila has been equipped and furnished to the highest standard. Featuring a central air conditioning system with individual room controls, and electric shutters throughout with a master control. Wi-fi broadband connection and a telephone entry system.
Living Areas
Spacious open plan living room and kitchen. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and features a wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player, Mp3 player and cable television, with a wide range of English language channels including Sky Sports.
The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include a microwave, oven, electric hobs, integrated fridge freezer, drinks chiller, dishwasher and coffee maker. The utility room is on the lower level of Villa Delila and houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the first floor of the property. Bedroom one is the master suite, complete with a double bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, private sun terrace, a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with spa bath and separate shower unit. Bedroom two is a double room with an en suite shower room.
Bedroom three is on the lower level of the townhouse, and this large room is a twin room with an en suite shower room and a wall mounted flat screen TV, ideal for teenagers.
Outside Space
Sliding doors from the living room lead to the superb outdoor areas of Villa Delila, which is positioned in such a way that the terraces enjoy the sunshine all day long. The dining table, gas BBQ, sink and food preparation area, and the terrace with comfortable patio furniture and sun parasol are all very well lit for those long social evenings.
The sun terrace is equipped with sun loungers next to the infinity swimming pool, which can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The pool measures approximately 7 metres x 5 metres with a depth of 1.70 metres.
Location
Situated in a new and exclusive area of Vale do Lobo, within short driving distance of the beach, the Praca, the local golf courses, a selection of restaurants & bars and Quinta shopping.
Other Items
Rates include air conditioning, a maid cleaning service, bathroom towels, pool towels and bedroom linen. Please note that this property is not suitable for young children, due to the stairs in the property.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
