Overview

Casa Lauren is a brand new contemporary five bedroom villa located in the renowned golf resort of Vila Sol. This state of the art property has been built to a high specification and is perfect for your luxury family villa holiday, with a large heated swimming pool, outdoor BBQ dining area and games equipment including a pool table. With high speed Wi-fi internet connection and air conditioning in the bedrooms, included in the rental rates. Mosquito screens on the patio doors.

Living Areas

Open plan kitchen and dining area with TV and patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace and the side dining terrace. Dining table with seating for 8 persons. Central island with 3 x electric hobs, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Krups coffee maker, integrated microwave and fridge freezer. Separate utility with washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional fridge & freezer. Iron and ironing board.

Living room with a flat screen TV with Meo cable channels (featuring a selection of international cable channels, some in English) and an IPTV box with UK channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. Patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace. JBL Bluetooth speaker so that you can stream your favourite music from your smart device.

Garage room with games equipment, a pool table, table football table and darts board. Smart TV with Netflix, Spotify, YouTube etc (please bring your own log-in codes to enjoy Netflix etc).

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed, split unit a/c and double wardrobes. Bedroom two has twin beds, split unit a/c, double wardrobes and patio doors leading to the rear terrace. Bedrooms one and two share the use of the family bathroom with the large walk-in shower unit. Bedroom three on the ground floor is a double bedroom with split unit a/c, double wardrobes and an en suite shower room.

Bedrooms four and five are on the first floor of the villa. Both bedrooms have smart TVs with Netflix, Spotify, YouTube etc (please bring your own log-in codes to Netflix etc). Bedroom four is the master suite, with double bed, 2 x terraces, split unit a/c, wardrobe with safe and an en suite bathroom with bath, shower unit and double vanities.

Bedroom five is the second master suite and has a double bed, split unit a/c, a dressing area with 2 x double wardrobes, an en suite shower room and doors leading to 2 terraces, one of which has steps leading up to the roof terrace with seating area.

Is it possible for some of the double bedrooms in the villa to be prepared as twin beds upon prior request and with confirmation of the house management- please speak to us regarding this when making your booking for the villa.

Outside Space

Lovely big private swimming pool that measures 12 metres x 6 metres with steps entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge and has an electric pool cover. The spacious poolside terrace is furnished with 10 sun loungers and is flanked by lawn gardens. To the side of the villa is the private and shaded side terrace, furnished with comfy seating and a dining table with seating for 10 persons. There is a food preparation area with sink and a gas BBQ for your al-fresco meals. A volleyball net is available for the pool. There are umbrellas for the pool area.

Location

Alongside the 27 hole golf course, Vila Sol also has restaurants, bars and cafes and the development is close to other restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area. Browns gym is only 5 minutes drive away, which has full facilities and is often used by club and international sports teams. Daily or weekly memberships are available.

The beach and promenade at Quarteira and the famous marina of Vilamoura is less than a 10 minute drive away with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.

The cafe and restaurant area is approx 10 mins walk.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek clean and bathroom towel change, for bookings of more than 7 days there is also a linen change along with an additional towel change & clean.

Pool towels, a safe and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.

This owner will not accept groups of single sex or mixed groups with age group under 25 years.

The villa sleeps up to a maximum of 10 persons.
