Overview

A gated entrance off the road leading into San Carlos, a small but well-known village north of Santa Eulalia, home to a surprisingly rich cultural scene and the popular Las Dalias market.

Casa San Carlos is an attractive Ibicencan house, which has been lovingly restored, with a lot of charm, maintaining the style of the traditional houses of Ibiza, but with a modern and contemporary twist; a mixture of tradition and modernity that gives the house a special feel.

It offers accommodation on two levels - a spacious and very comfortable living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with breakfasting area, 1 twin bedroom and 1 cloakroom are located on the ground floor, with the remaining 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room on the first floor.

The swimming pool has two levels of depth, a shallow section for children, with the other half deeper with step access. It is set in an open terrace surround, bordered by a lovely garden, with grass and fruit trees. There are sunbeds and parasols for sunbathing.

Adjacent to the pool area there is a covered terrace with a table and two armchairs, table & chairs and a barbecue for alfresco dining, and a table tennis table and a table football. There is also a poolside shower room and a small kitchenette with fridge.

A lovely property, walking distance to the lovely village of San Carlos, with a good selection of bars/cafes and restaurants and the popular Las Dalias Market.

Note - Sleeping restricted to 6 persons.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however, it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
