Casa San Carlos is an attractive Ibicencan house, which has been lovingly restored, with a lot of charm, maintaining the style of the traditional houses of Ibiza, but with a modern and contemporary twist; a mixture of tradition and modernity that gives the house a special feel.

Adjacent to the pool area there is a covered terrace with a table and two armchairs, table & chairs and a barbecue for alfresco dining, and a table tennis table and a table football. There is also a poolside shower room and a small kitchenette with fridge.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however, it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Inland Villages & North Coast.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
