Doors lead out from the living/dining area to a covered terrace and to the L-shaped swimming pool, which is set in an open terrace surround, a lovely spot for sunbathing and to enjoy the views of the surrounding area down to the coast. Located in a residential area up above Porto Colom, a charming natural harbour in the South-east Mallorca, it is within easy reach of the shops and bars & restaurants, as well as the beach of Cala Marsal.

1 double bedroom with air-conditioning, doors to terrace and en-suite shower room (with walk-in shower), 1 twin bedroom with air-conditioning, doors to terrace and en-suite shower room (with walk-in shower), 1 bedroom with four-poster bed, air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

Exterior access to utility room with washing machine.

Services

The first cot and highchair are available on request and are free of charge.

Maid service will be on arrival day and change of towels during the week for a reservation of 7 days.

Balearic Tourism License - ETV-8270 (C'AS CORSO)

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
