Overview

Villa Margarita is well-located in the heart of Cala D’Or, walking distance to the centre, with its extensive selection of shops, boutiques, bars & restaurants, and just a short distance to beautiful Cala Petita, with its turquoise waters and sandy beach.

Offering spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels, it offers a modern and minimalistic design, with high quality furniture and fittings throughout.

The entrance opens to the ground floor and a hallway that leads to a twin bedroom and shower room on the left-hand side and a double bedroom with bathroom en-suite on the right-hand side.

Straight ahead is a beautiful wooden and glass door that leads to the light and bright living area with two comfortable leather sofas and an open plan glass gallery above.

On the right-hand side of the living area is a completely independent and comfortable TV room. Through an arch is the dining area, with breakfast bar to the modern kitchen, fully equipped, with a utility room, all in an open plan design with a large glass door, giving access to the exterior – the covered terrace, pool and garden.

On the first floor, are the three further bedrooms, a double bedroom with bathroom en-suite and two twin bedrooms with shower rooms en-suite.

Outside is the kidney-shaped swimming pool, which can be heated, on request basis and for a supplementary charge of 250 euros per week. Open and covered terraces and a garden laid to lawn, with trees and bushes. Barbecue for meals alfresco.

Note - The owner has requested “No Smoking” at the property.

Ground floor – A hallway with a beautiful wooden and glass door that leads to the light and bright living area with two comfortable leather sofas and an open plan glass gallery above.

On the right-hand side of the living area is a completely independent and comfortable TV room with L-shaped leather sofa, Satellite TV, DVD player, Stereo and WIFI. Through an arch is the dining area, with breakfast bar to the modern kitchen, fully equipped, with electric oven & hob, microwave and dishwasher, a utility room with washing machine, all in an open plan design with a large glass door, giving access to the exterior – the covered terrace, pool and garden.

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival. Full change of linen and towels and full cleaning service, mid-stay, on two week stays.

Pool heating, available on request at a supplementary charge of 250 euros per week.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
