Patio doors lead out from the living/dining area, on the ground floor level, to the terraces, a covered terrace with comfy rattan suite, and table & chairs, and portable BBQ for alfresco dining.

Steps lead down to the rectangular swimming pool, set in an open terrace surround, a lovely spot for sunbathing and for watching the boats entering and leaving the harbour. As the sun sets, the luminous pool transforms the garden into an enchanting oasis, where palm trees and native flora sway in the breeze.

Villa Riviera is well-positioned, just 500m from the centre of Cala Egos with its selection of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, and 280m from the beach, Calo des Pou. The exclusive marina of Cala D’Or is just a short walk away (approximately 10 minutes) and the centre of Cala D’Or is 2kms away.

Note – Care should be taken with the elderly & young children, in view of the number of steps at the property – there are steps down to the entrance, steps to connect the three levels within, and steps externally, terraces & down to the swimming pool.

Ground floor – Entrance hall and 2 steps down to living/dining area with comfy sofa, 2 chairs & 2 pouffes, Smart TV, WIFI and patio doors to terrace, kitchen with ceramic induction hob & electric oven, microwave, and dishwasher, utility room with washing machine.

Ground floor – 1 cloakroom.

First floor – 1 bedroom with four-poster bed and en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Second floor – 2 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms (1 en-suite to bedroom and 1 separate to bedroom).

All beds in the villa are doubles, measuring 180cm x 200cm.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Air conditioning in the living/dining area and the bedrooms, on a timer, 1300-1500hrs & 2000hrs-0800hrs.

Maid service will be on arrival day and change of towels during the week for a reservation of 7 days. There is a cleaning charge of 237 euros per week and this has been costed in accordingly.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV-680 (Sa Barraca den Bota)

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
