Centrally located in Cala D’Or, in the same quiet residential road as Villa Mar Gran, it is only 400m away from the sandy cove of Cala Esmeralda and 550m away from the sandy cove of Cala Gran. Cala D’Or centre with its wide variety of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants is approximately 700m away and the marina of Cala Egos is just a short drive.

At the front of the villa, there is a well-kept Mediterranean garden, and the swimming pool and terraces are at the rear. There is a wooden pergola overlooking the swimming pool, with table and chairs, for enjoying meals “al fresco” on the brick built barbecue. Table tennis available for entertainment.

Balearics Tourism License - VTV-563

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
