The apartments, Migjorn Cel & Migjorn Playa, are set over the ground and first & second floors of a sea-front house, each having its own independent entrance.
Enjoying an unbeatable location right on the waterfront, just steps away from the sandy beach of Cala Galiota and the jetty, with regular departures to the island of Cabrera as well as close to the famous beach of Es Trenc.
Lovingly renovated in 2019, the apartments each accommodate 4 persons and offer brand new interiors and all comforts, and with the unique bonus of a truly waterfront location: you will feel like you can touch the sea from your balcony!
On the first floor, Migjorn Cel offers a spacious and comfortable living and dining area with a superb terrace, with an awning for shade when required, and a fully-fitted kitchen. Stairs lead up to the second floor and two bedrooms, a double and twin bedroom, each with an en-suite shower room & air-conditioning.
With such a great location, modern interiors, and the biggest swimming pool in the world on your doorstep (yes, the Mediterranean Sea!), you will have the holiday of a lifetime in the lovely Migjorn apartments!
With all the necessary amenities within a short walking distance, a car is not essential.

On the first floor, Migjorn Cel offers a spacious and comfortable living/dining area with Satellite TV, WIFI and doors to a superb terrace, with an awning for shade when required, and a fully-fitted kitchen with electric hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the first floor, there is a guest cloakroom.
Stairs lead up to the second floor and two bedrooms, a double and twin bedroom, each with an en-suite shower room & air-conditioning.
Outside Space

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2027 bookings are based on 2026 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Nov / Dec 2026 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.

1 packet of crisps, 4 tins baked beans, 1 bottle of local olive oil, 2l soda, 2 bottles of beer, 1 bottle of vinegar, 2 bottles red wine, 2 bottles white wine, 1 carton of semi-skimmed milk, 1 carton of orange juice, 1 box of cereal, 1 box of Nescafe coffee sachets, 6 eggs, 2 tins of tuna, 1 carton of tomato sauce, 1 lettuce, 4 apples, 1 tub of margarine, 1 jar of strawberry jam, 12 sachets of sugar, 1 loaf sliced bread, 1 chorizo, 1 packet of spaghetti, 1 box of tea sachets, 1 cucumber, 1 margarita pizza, 4 tomatoes and 4 yogurts.
