It is perched high up in the hills surrounding the gorgeous bay of Cala Llamp, in the peaceful and exclusive Las Brisas neighbourhood, close to Port d’Andratx on the southwest coast of Mallorca.

The villa itself is an eye-pleaser too, built in a modern Mediterranean style with airy light-filled spaces and tastefully furnished with smart contemporary pieces. Inside, polished & wooden floors and whitewashed plaster walls are contemporary backdrops to carefully selected pieces of furniture and traditional wooden beams. Ornate lighting, linen fabrics and modern fittings add warmth, and the overall vibe is relaxed and laidback with a twist of elegance and luxury.

With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms/shower rooms, it is a great choice for a family with older children or a group of friends, who will appreciate the layout of Coral Andratx, which allows for a degree of independence and privacy within.

With its long shimmering water and cascading waterfall flanked by tidy lawns and swaying palms, the swimming pool is a picture.

An infinity edge means you don’t have to leave it to enjoy those gorgeous views, either. When you are ready to, you will find poolside daybeds, plus a sun terrace with cushioned loungers, to flop onto and dry off in the Mallorcan sunshine.

Living Areas

Ground floor - the living room is comfortable & bright with 2 seating areas – 2 white sofas & coffee table at one end and 2 blue sofas & coffee table at the other end, with wooden floors & beamed ceilings, Satellite TV, WIFI, fireplace, floor to ceiling windows offering magnificent views and patio doors to terrace.

The dining room is the perfect place for indoor dining, again with wooden floors & beamed ceilings, and leads to the modern, fully equipped kitchen with central island, electric hob & oven and patio doors leading out to a dining terrace with fabulous views.

Lower ground floor - Utility room with washing machine and entrance to the property from the parking area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa has five double bedrooms. Four of these are found on the lower ground floor, each with its own ensuite bathroom/shower room and with easy access to the gardens and pool area. A fifth bedroom with bathroom/shower room has its own private entrance from the gardens.

PLEASE NOTE: The maximum occupancy of the villa is 6 persons plus 1 infant.

Outside Space

There’s also a wonderful, covered patio on the villa’s upper floor where you can enjoy elevated views from comfy wicker seating.

With alfresco dining in mind, there is a large gas barbecue for those who wish to try the local culinary delights.

Nearest Village – Port d’Andratx, 3kms.

Nearest Beach – Cala Llamp, 2kms.

Cala Llamp is tucked around the corner from Port d'Andratx, Cala Llamp Bay has one of the most stunning views in Mallorca. The Tramuntana mountains create high cliffs all around, forming a crescent bay with calm, beautifully clear water. It's probably better suited to those not so interested in sunbathing but in swimming in the lovely waters and exploring the rock pools, which many families enjoy.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa and all bedrooms & bathrooms/shower rooms will be fully prepared for arrival and then;

Mid-stay clean on a Wednesday. If staying more than 1 week, linen and towel change on a Saturday.

There is a local tourist tax called eco tax for all visitors to the Balearic Islands; this is included.
