At the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, on the lower level of the popular residential area of La Font, Can Marina is well located for the beautiful old town of Pollensa.

Accommodation is spacious, comfortable, and decorated in neutral colours both in the main villa, which accommodates six people, and the adjacent apartment, which accommodates a further two people.

With ample terraces and shady corners, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to outside space and areas to sit and dine, or to simply relax while enjoying the beautiful setting Can Marina affords.

It is possible to have pool fencing installed at the property, on request – 7 days’ notice required – at a supplementary charge of 550 euros per week and pool heating, again on request, at a supplementary charge of 700 euros per week.

A Nespresso machine and Bluetooth speaker are also provided for your convenience.

Balearics Tourism License - 12121

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
