A long private driveway leads to Villa Prital, which is set in spacious grounds, in the countryside between the beautiful old town of Pollensa and Cala San Vicente, renowned for its delightful coves and beaches.
Gates open into the grounds and to this beautiful stone-built house, which offers spacious, comfortable, and traditional accommodation on two levels.
The spacious interiors offer exposed wooden beams, stone walls, and arches, tiled floors and a lovely wood burning stove for those cooler beginning and end of season months.
The living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as one double bedroom and one bathroom are on the ground floor and stairs lead up to the first floor, where a further three bedrooms (one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms), one bathroom and one shower room are located.
Outside, the swimming pool, summer kitchen and barbecue add to the appeal of this splendid house set in such a peaceful and tranquil environment.

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Pollensa & Puerto Pollensa.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected locally on your arrival and check-in.

1 packet of crisps, 4 tins baked beans, 1 bottle of local olive oil, 2l soda, 2 bottles of beer, 1 bottle of vinegar, 2 bottles red wine, 2 bottles white wine, 1 carton of semi-skimmed milk, 1 carton of orange juice, 1 box of cereal, 1 box of Nescafe coffee sachets, 6 eggs, 2 tins of tuna, 1 carton of tomato sauce, 1 lettuce, 4 apples, 1 tub of margarine, 1 jar of strawberry jam, 12 sachets of sugar, 1 loaf sliced bread, 1 chorizo, 1 packet of spaghetti, 1 box of tea sachets, 1 cucumber, 1 margarita pizza, 4 tomatoes and 4 yogurts.
