Situated in the Son Canals area of Deia, Can Monticel is a traditional stone townhouse, which has been lovingly renovated by its owners, to offer spacious and comfortable accommodation, with lovely beamed ceilings, cooling tiled floors and a pleasing décor throughout. It offers views of the village, historic church and mountains and is walking distance from the tapa bars, restaurants, boutique shops and two local supermarkets.

Ground floor - Entrance hall, living area with beamed ceilings, 2 comfy two-seater sofas and doors to terrace, breakfast bar to dining/kitchen area with electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher and doors to terrace, archway to utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and doors to terrace. TV room with beamed ceilings, 2 comfy two-seater sofas, fireplace, Satellite TV, DVD player, music system, WIFI and doors to terrace. 1 shower room.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

First floor - (note – care should be taken and the horizontal railings on the staircase and landing) – 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning and en-suite full bathroom, 1 further double bedroom with air-conditioning and door to terrace, 1 twin bedroom with beamed ceilings and air-conditioning, 1 full shower room.

Outside Space

Terrace doors, from the kitchen, lead to a side terrace with barbecue for alfresco dining, and terrace doors, from the living area, lead to the swimming pool and garden - a lovely spot for private sunbathing, while the leafy shade from the surrounding olive trees provides the perfect escape from the midday sun.

Cot and highchair are available on request, free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

Pool towels included, free of charge.

Air-conditioning available in the bedrooms.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
