Well-designed, the living, dining and kitchen areas are distinct, but flow throw nicely into one another on the lower ground floor, with the bedrooms & their en-suite bathrooms on the ground and first floor levels.

Doors from the living/dining room open out to the bougainvillea-draped terrace and to the swimming pool, while the shaded terraces surrounding the house provide a choice of locations for enjoying breakfast or an alfresco barbecue. The pool can be heated for a supplementary charge.
Note – Care should be taken with young children and the horizontal balustrades on the terrace surrounding the pool.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.

The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
