Overview

This beautiful, four bedroomed villa is located at the end of a small cu-de-sac in the popular resort of Binibeca.

It has plenty of space both inside and out, perfect for a relaxing family holiday, and has been constructed using the beautiful and famous Balearic mares stone which makes it stand out from the rest!

A spacious entrance hall leads into an open plan living/dining & kitchen area with doors to terrace and there are four bedrooms, all doubles, with the fourth being in an annexe, off the kitchen and reached via a short walkway, and with a smaller double bed. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside there is a terrace from the dining area, which provides plenty of shade and has a large table and chairs for al fresco dining, as well as a corner sofa unit.

From the terrace there are 6 steps that lead down to a sunbathing area with large, fixed daybeds which overlook the pool.

There are a further 2 steps that lead down to the pool area where there are sunbeds and more space to sunbathe.

There are also steps leading up to a roof terrace with stunning sea views and an outside kitchen and dining table.

If you can tear yourself away from this beautiful villa, it is just a 15-minutes’ walk to the beach and local shops, bars/restaurants are just a 10 minutes’ walk away.

Living Areas

A spacious entrance hall leads to an open plan living/dining & kitchen area with doors to terrace. The living area has a lovely L-shaped sofa, coffee table and a large fireplace. There is a Smart TV so that you can access Netflix, Amazon Prime etc, a music system & WIFI. An archway leads through to the dining area with table & chairs, and there is a breakfast bar to the kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, plus all the crockery and cutlery that you will need for a self-catering holiday.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

A spacious entrance hall leads to 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a unique stone bath & large overhead shower fitment.

The Master suite has a double bed, a dressing room and a unique bathroom which is in keeping with the traditional Menorcan style. This en-suite has a vanity unit, shower, and toilet.

Exterior access off the kitchen, reached via a short walkway, annexe bedroom with a smaller double bed, doors to terrace and en-suite shower room.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside Space

Outside there is a terrace from the dining area, which provides plenty of shade and has a large table and chairs for al fresco dining, as well as a corner sofa.

Whilst the house itself is all one level it is worth noting that there are steps to access the different parts of the exterior, the sunbathing areas, and the pool. The swimming pool has 4 stone steps for access and is salt-water.

Location

Approximately 20 minutes’ walk to the beach and 15 minutes’ walk to the local bars/restaurants and shops in Binibeca Vell.

Other Items

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels.

Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 23 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours.

Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per person (plus a further 23 euros for delivery and making of the beds).

Pool towels included, free of charge.

Hairdryers included, free of charge.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms & kitchen (ceiling fan in the living area).
