Villa Guillermo is tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac in the residential area in Binibeca Nou.

With 3 bedrooms & 3 bathroom/shower rooms, Villa Guillermo has been refurbished this year and boasts a fresh, light Mediterranean style, and offers comfortable & spacious accommodation all on one level.

Enter via a gate which provides secure access to the villa’s grounds and parking on the driveway for your hire car.

A lovely choice for a family or friends’ holiday in Southeast Menorca, Villa Guillermo is within walking distance Binibeca Beach and Cala Torret, with San Luis, with all facilities & amenities just a short drive away.

Living Areas

Up a couple of steps to the covered front terrace and, via terrace doors, into the property;

Living room with two comfortable sofas, an easy chair & a pouffe, a small dining table, Satellite TV (IPTV) & WIFI. There is a modern kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher & fridge/freezer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The sleeping accommodation comprises the master double bedroom, with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, doors to terrace & pool area and en-suite shower room, a further double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, and en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes & ceiling fan. This bedroom has access to a bathroom (with bath & separate shower).

Note – The twin beds are cabin-type beds, they are standard size but are more suitable for teenagers/children.

Outside Space

The L-shaped swimming pool is located to the rear of the property and is set in an open terrace surround, with sun loungers and a shaded pergola with terrace furniture. The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and has step access. Steps lead up to a small roof terrace offering distant views of the sea.

Location

750m to Binibeca Beach and 550m to Cala Torret, where there is a supermarket, a lovely bakery-cafe and a selection of bars and restaurants. There’s a children’s playground here also, and a busy dive centre, and there are tennis courts nearby. If you walk westwards from Cala Torret, past the beach, you will come across further bars and restaurants, and a supermarket, before reaching the Binibeca Vell end of town, where you will find the ‘fishermen’s village’, built nearly 50 years ago, with its narrow, winding streets, whitewashed homes, supermarket and several lively bars and restaurants.

It is approximately 6.5kms to San Luis with all facilities & amenities.

1st Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels.

Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 23 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours.

Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per person (plus a further 23 euros for delivery and making of the beds).

Pool towels included, free of charge.

Hairdryers included, free of charge.

Air conditioning in the living room & the bedrooms, included.
