Discover Villa Es Gallinot located in the peaceful residential area of Binidali on the Southeastern corner of the island.
Just a short stroll away lies the small, sheltered beach, inviting you to dip your toes in the Mediterranean waters or enjoy a peaceful afternoon by the shore. After a day at the beach, you can savour a delightful meal at the local restaurant, just 450m away, known for its friendly atmosphere and delicious local cuisine. And when you feel like venturing out, the village of San Clemente with its bars/restaurants, shops, bakery, pharmacy and bank is just a short drive away.
The villa itself features a spacious and comfortable living/dining area, a compact kitchen with all the accessories and appliances you may need for a perfect stay and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
There are 4 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom & 3 twin bedrooms, and the master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (bath with overhead shower), and the other bedrooms share 2 shower rooms.
The house is not equipped with air conditioning; however, due to its privileged location right by the cliff, it benefits from a constant sea breeze that keeps the interiors pleasantly cool throughout the day and night (and portable fans for the bedrooms can be requested if required).
Outside, you can relax on the covered terrace or soak up the sun on the spacious terrace surrounding the swimming pool, while enjoying the wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Ground floor – Entrance hall, leading to living area with two comfy chocolate-coloured sofas, Satellite TV, WIFI and 2 sets of doors to terrace, archway to dining area with table & chairs and doors to terrace, and breakfast bar to compact kitchen with 4 ring electric hob & oven and dishwasher, utility room with further storage, microwave, washing machine & tumble dryer.
Ground floor – Entrance hall, leading to master double bedroom with 2 sets of doors to terrace and archway to en-suite bathroom (bath with overhead shower), 3 twin bedrooms, 2 shower rooms.

Note – Regarding the bedrooms in the photo gallery, please note that the bunkbeds shown in two of the twin bedrooms are removed prior to the season start and rental of the property, and the bedrooms are re-configured to 2 standard twin bedrooms.
Outside there is a large terrace surrounding the swimming pool, with sunbeds & parasols, and a covered terrace equipped for relaxing and dining. There is a portable BBQ for guests use.
There is a local restaurant just a short walk away (approx. 450m – open lunchtimes & evenings), and the beautiful, sheltered beach can be found just a short walk away too (approx. 800m).
A short drive to the village of San Clemente with its bars/restaurants, shops, bakery, pharmacy and bank. Along the coast road eastwards is the larger sandy beach at Binisafua and a little further along is the resort of Binibeca.
Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.
Cleaning and Laundry service;
- For 1 week stays, towels are changed once mid-week.
- For 2 week stays, towels are changed twice mid-week, and full service (cleaning, linen and towels) is done after 7 days.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however, it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Mahon, San Luis & South East.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
