Villa Sea Breeze is a fantastic property, set in large grounds, with its own private swimming pool, yet just 300m from the golden sandy beach of San Vito Lo Capo.

The interior is light and airy with a stylish, minimalist taste. Offering spacious and very comfortable accommodation on three levels, Villa Sea Breeze comprises of 7 bedrooms & 7 shower rooms and is the perfect choice for a large family or group wishing to holiday together (and there are two single beds which can be placed in the two most spacious bedrooms, to provide capacity for 16 persons, if required too).

Please note that when the party size is 8 persons total, guests can select which bedrooms they would like to use on the ground floor & lower ground floor levels, but the bedroom on the first floor will remain closed.

Villa Sea breeze boasts large outdoor spaces, that provide continuity from the indoors, to create perfect harmony with the surrounding nature, the Mediterranean plant life and the white mountains overlooking the blue sea.

Crossing the lush Mediterranean garden of pines, palms, olive trees and native plants, you will find the large terraces, perfect for some peaceful relaxation, the swimming pool area and, finally, the villa with its airy veranda.

The different terraces boast wonderful sea views and are finely furnished: sitting rooms, a dining area and a solarium, with various shaded areas where you can enjoy the warm sun and the cool sea breeze. The covered terrace (pergola) with its outdoor kitchen and large dining table is the perfect setting for ‘dining al fresco’, taking a relaxing siesta or enjoying an aperitif in the beautiful sitting room next door. And if you can tear yourself away from this lovely property, it is an easy walk to the beach & to the town with a good selection of quality restaurants.

Down from the terrace is the pool area, with elegant sun loungers & day beds, an inviting hammock, and a refreshing outdoor shower. Behind the pool area is a small playground and a football pitch, five-a-side football pitch, table football, badminton net - not just a dream for younger guests but also for parents who will be able to enjoy even greater relaxation.

There are 7 bedrooms & 7 bathrooms/shower rooms.

First Floor – 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning, doors to terrace & en-suite shower room.

Ground Floor – 2 double bedrooms with air-conditioning & ensuite shower rooms.

Lower ground floor – reached by stairs – 3 double bedrooms with air-conditioning, French windows & en-suite shower rooms and 1 twin bedroom, which can be converted into a double bedroom & suitable for children only) with air-conditioning & high window and adjacent shower room.

Note – 2 single beds can be placed in the two most spacious bedrooms to provide capacity for 16 persons total too.
