Elegant country style, the rambling 17th century farmhouse is located in the village of Panzano in Chianti and looks over the organic vineyards and olive groves of the famous Conca d`oro, Chianti`s best wine region. The views are spectacular. The impressive stone-built villa with its traditional Tuscan architecture was exceptionally restored and divided into five spacious, luxurious apartments that meet highest standards. Each apartment is harmoniously furnished with antiques and Tuscan country-style pieces. Stylish fabrics and exquisite accessories complete the furnishings.

Living areas

Limonaia is a charming apartment for 2 people. There is kitchen/dining area and living area with fire place. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dish washer, oven, coffee maker. The laundry room has washing machine and dryer

A separate meeting hall suitable for cooking schools and meetings and catering can be rented.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There is a large double bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with shower and views to the swimming pool, vineyard and olive groves. The apartment faces the valley and enjoys gorgeous views. The apartment is on one floor.

Outside Space

The elegant swimming pool measures 18 x 8m with a shared patio area. Pool has a gate for extra security.

Furnished private terrace, large furnished and covered loggia. Tennis court available at the winery of the owners approximately 1 km away. The wine cellars can be visited.

Location

Although the villa is privately located within old olive groves and wonderful vineyards, it is only a two minutes walk into the village of Panzano where there are shops, restaurants and wine bars. An invaluable advantage for relaxing holiday!

Included in the rates are electricity, cooking gas, water, use of swimming pool, mid week and final cleaning, air conditioning, heating, use of firewood, use of laundry room.

The following item can be requested and paid for locally: telephone, additional maid service, tourist tax.

Please note- There is a local tourist tax for villas and apartments, the cost is 2.00 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights and it is payable locally, the charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.
