Overview

Elegant country style, the rambling 17th century farmhouse is located in the village of Panzano in Chianti and looks over the organic vineyards and olive groves of the famous Conca d`oro, Chianti`s best wine region. The views are fantastic. The impressive stone-built villa with its traditional Tuscan architecture was exceptionally restored and divided into five spacious, luxurious apartments that meet highest standards. Each apartment is harmoniously furnished with antiques and Tuscan country-style pieces. Stylish fabrics and exquisite accessories complete the furnishing.

A separate meeting hall (suitable for cooking schools and meetings) and catering can be rented.

Living areas

Apartment Torre has a terrace, living and dining area with fireplace complete with a small, fully equipped kitchen located on the ground floor.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

On the first floor there is a Queen sized bedroom with views to the valley, along with 2 bathrooms.

Located on the second floor is the truly romantic master bedroom with king size bed and sweeping views of the valley, its bathroom is on the floor below.

Outside Space

The elegant swimming pool measures 18 x 8m with a shared patio area. Pool has a gate for extra security.

Location

Although the villa is privately located within old olive groves and wonderful vineyards, it is only a two minutes walk into the village of Panzano where there are shops, restaurants and wine bars. An invaluable advantage for relaxing holiday!

Rates include electricity, cooking gas, water, use of swimming pool, intermediate and final cleaning, heating, fire wood, welcome gift, air conditioning, use of laundry room, welcome gift.

The following items can be requested and paid for locally: telephone, additional maid service €10 an hour, dinners upon request.

Please note- There is a local tourist tax for villas and apartments, the cost is 2.00 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights and it is payable locally, the charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.
