Part of an organic boutique winery, this elegant retreat offers guests a true taste of la dolce vita, including a complimentary tour and tasting at the owner’s winery in Panzano in Chianti. With the vines quite literally on your doorstep, you’ll have a front-row seat to some of Chianti’s most captivating scenery yet complete peace and privacy are assured.

Inside, Villa Monica is a masterclass in understated Italian style. The villa sleeps up to eight guests in the main house, with a further two accommodated in a charming separate annexe ideal for grandparents, teenagers or anyone who appreciates a little extra privacy. Smaller groups of four or six can also be welcomed on request, with preferred bedrooms selected on arrival.

Living Areas

Main Villa - Ground Floor

Light-filled and inviting, the sitting room and spacious lounge open directly onto the garden, creating an easy flow between indoors and out. There’s satellite TV and a fireplace for cooler evenings, while the well-equipped kitchen complete with oven, double fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher makes cooking a pleasure. A dining area sits just off the kitchen, and a separate laundry room with washing machine adds everyday convenience.

Annexe - First Floor

The annexe features its own living room with convertible sofa bed, a kitchen with dining area and fireplace, and access to both garden and terrace perfect for guests seeking a little independence.
