It is the perfect choice for couples or a small family, who not only want to experience Lucca like a local, but also well positioned for visiting Firenze, Pisa, Pistoia, Livorno and the beaches.

Note - Access: The closest parking is at Parcheggio Mazzini, an underground paid parking, approximately 750m away (approximately a 10-minutes’ walk). The apartment is served by a lift.

Ground floor: Lift up to;

First floor: Corridor off the living area to 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room (no window), 1 further double bedroom, 1 single bedroom with stairs up to a mezzanine level and a further single bed, 1 bathroom (no window), 1 shower room which also houses a washing machine (no window).

Note – there is no air-conditioning in the bedrooms, but portable fans are provided.

Outside Space

There is no outside space at Casa Lauren. However, it overlooks the charming Piazza del Carmine and is walking distance to a lovely selection of bars/cafes/shops and restaurants as well as all amenities and services.

The first cot and highchair are available on request, provided free of charge. Any further cots and highchairs are available on request, at a supplementary charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a light clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

Final cleaning charge of 179 euros at the end of the stay.

There is no air-conditioning in the property, but portable fans are provided.

Tourist tax is not included in the villa rental rate, and the property is subject to this. It is 3.50 euros per person per day; this charge is applicable to all guests aged 12 years and over and will be collected by the property owner and/or local agent locally.
