Tee-off is less than a mile from the property. Close to the property there is a horse-riding centre for experienced riders which offers guided excursions of various durations and difficulty levels. The villa enjoys air conditioning and a tennis court. Rates include the preparation of daily breakfast and a welcome dinner on your first night.

The other houses featured were once the homes of the tenants, who farmed the land, and have subsequently been lovingly renovated by the owners, to become holiday rental properties, located in the surrounding countryside.
