Sun-hat Limited, trading as Sun-hat Villas & Resorts is a company registered in England. The goods and services supplied by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts are governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and for these purposes the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Any reference to "we", "us" or "our" below relates to the company Sun-hat Limited. Any reference to "you" or "your" includes you as the customer and member of your group and any business on behalf of which you use our site.

If any of our material is used by third parties without our written permission we reserve the right to invoice them at a rate of £250 per item per day.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all such information and prices, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. Sun-hat Booking Conditions

Our purchase and booking conditions contain some limitations and exclusions of our liability to any person(s) who books and/or takes any of our holidays and/or travel arrangements. There are Cancellation and amendment charges payable if a booking or other purchase is either cancelled or amended after it has been confirmed.
