Overview

Apartment Julia is a first floor, two bedroom and two bathroom property, situated in the popular development of Dunas Douradas. The apartment is located close to the resort amenities and is a short walk to the stunning Dunas Douradas beach, where you will find the popular Maria's beach restaurant- and slightly further along the coast is the trendy 'Julia's beach' where there is a selection of beach restaurants including Izzy's and Julia's. The Vale do Lobo tennis academy is also close by and their facilities include tennis courts, a communal pool, poolside bar and a restaurant.

Air conditioning and fibre optic Wi-fi internet are included in the rental rate.

The access to the apartment is via a flight of steps.

Living Areas

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, four electric hobs, electric oven and grill, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, extractor, magimix and fridge freezer.

The bright open plan lounge & dining area is complete with comfy sofa seating, split unit air conditioning, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports. Central heating and a log burning fire are also provided for the cooler months. The dining area has a table with seating for four. Patio doors lead to a small enclosed sun room with garden views, a table and four chairs.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an adjacent shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, an en suite full bathroom with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony.

Location

The location of Apartment Julia is ideal, close to the coast and beautiful beaches, you are spoilt for choice with the numerous restaurants within walking distance. Maria’s beach restaurant and the Dunas Douradas Beach Club Restaurant are just a short walk away, and then you have five further bars/ restaurants at the renowned Julia’s beach just an easy 15-20 minutes stroll.

Clients staying at Casa Julia can use the communal pool at Dunas Douradas main reception free of charge (with a refundable key deposit) and the tennis courts (local charges apply). There is also a restaurant, pool bar and a small supermarket here.

Car hire is recommended to explore the wider area, but equally, for those who prefer to get around on foot, there is plenty within easy walking distance. For those looking to hire a car, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago’s golf courses, shopping malls, kids clubs and restaurants are only a short driving distance away, whilst water parks and other visitor attractions are also within driving distance.
