Villa Marisol is a three bedroom, three bathroom semi-detached villa with a private plunge pool, attractive gardens and sea views. Enjoying a delightful location just over five minutes walk to the beach, Villa Marisol benefits from being situated on a corner plot at the end of a row of linked villas.

Living Areas
There is a small kitchenette/ TV area on the ground floor, with 2 electric hobs, a small fridge, microwave and basin. The ground floor can be separated completely from the first floor if required. There are locks on the doors and separate access. Upstairs on the upper level of Villa Marisol consists of the open plan living/dining room; the kitchen; bedroom three and bathroom three.
The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include a fridge freezer, coffee maker, electric hobs, oven, dishwasher, juicer and coffee maker. A utility room to the side of the kitchen houses the washing machine.
The open plan living/ dining room is very spacious and a real feature of this property, with full length glass sliding doors providing access to the first floor terrace with far reaching sea views. With air conditioning, wi-fi internet connection and a television featuring a wide range of cable channels, including Sky Sports, BBC & ITV.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The lower (ground) level consists of 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, 1 ensuite, and a separate kitchenette/ TV area. Bedroom one is a twin room with air conditioning, double wardrobes and patio doors leading directly to the shaded terrace overlooking the pool and garden. This bedroom utilises the shower room across the corridor.
Bedroom two is a twin room with air conditioning, wardrobes with safe, patio doors leading to front terrace overlooking entrance and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over.
Bedroom three on the upper floor is a twin room with air conditioning, double wardrobes, safe and patio doors to terrace overlooking the villa entrance. This bedroom utilises the adjacent bathroom with bath and shower over.
Outside Space
Steps lead down from the lower floor terrace, complete with a barbecue, to the private garden and pool area. The plunge pool measures approximately 7 metres x 4 metres and has a ladder to enter, the poolside is furnished with sun loungers.

Other Items
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change. Linen is changed weekly. Any supplemental extras required must be advised at least 5 days before arrival date. This villa sleeps maximum of 6 persons and no extra beds are allowed, other than 1 cot.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2027 bookings are based on 2026 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Nov / Dec 2026 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost

(EUR1.00 in low season, 01 Nov - 31 Mar)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 x loaf sliced bread, 1 x butter, 1 x litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 x bottle white wine, 1 x carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 x bottle lemonade, 20 sachets sugar, 1 x pack ham, 1 x pack sliced cheese, 4 x pieces seasonal fruit, 4 x tomatoes or 1 x pack cherry tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 x large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
