Villa Eliana is an impressive three bedroom villa with high quality, contemporary interiors throughout- and a superb private swimming pool area with spacious and private terraces. The swimming pool can be heated for a weekly supplement if required. The property is situated across the way from the main Dunas Douradas resort reception, where you will find a restaurant, communal pool facility, snack bar, mini-market and tennis courts; and the stunning Dunas Douradas beach is within close walking distance from this villa. Living Areas

Air conditioned living/ dining room complete with a TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports; DVD player; CD player (stereo); dining table and 6 chairs and patio doors to the terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juicer,3 x gas hobs, 1 x electric hob, oven, dishwasher, oven, microwave, sandwich toaster, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed, split unit a/c and fitted wardrobes; bedroom two has twin beds, split unit a/c and fitted wardrobes. These two bedrooms share the use of the ground floor family bathroom with shower unit and towel heater and there is also an additional guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedroom three is the first floor master suite with double bed, central a/c unit with individual room control, fitted wardrobes with safe, Juliet balcony and an en suite bathroom with double vanities, towel heater and large walk-in shower unit.

There is a lovely terrace on the first floor of the property furnished with 2 sun loungers.

Outside Space

The freeform shaped swimming pool measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres with steps entry and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge if required. There is a manual pool cover available to retain the heat at night. The shallow end of the pool is 0.90 metres in depth; and the deep end is 1.90 metres.

There is ramp access from the upper dining terrace to the poolside terrace, furnished with sun loungers. The dining terrace is furnished with a table and seating for 6 persons, to relax on and enjoy meals freshly cooked on the integrated gas BBQ.

At the front of the property, off road parking is available on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates.

Location

The location of Villa Eliana is superb, with the beautiful Dunas Douradas beach, the renowned beachfront restaurant Maria's and the restaurants at nearby Praia do Garrao Nascente, where you will find trendy and popular beach restaurants such as Julias and Izzy's- all within walking distance.

The famous Vale do Lobo Praca, home to a wide selection of good quality restaurants including Sandbanks, Breeze and La Terrazza, can be accessed by walking along from the Dunas Douradas beach. And if you head in the other direction towards Quinta do Lago, you have a couple of excellent beach restaurants, such as the renowned 2 Passos with its fantastic views.

Clients staying at Villa Eliana can use the communal pool at Dunas Douradas main reception free of charge and the tennis courts (local charges apply). There is also a restaurant, pool bar and a small supermarket here.

For sports enthusiasts, the Vale do Lobo tennis centre is on your doorstep and the superb golf courses that both Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago have to offer are also only a short distance away. Within 15 to 20 minutes’ drive are shopping malls, water parks, cinemas and other visitor attractions.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen changed weekly. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Maid service is a midweek clean and bathroom towel change, and a weekly changeover clean, towel and linen change.
