Brand new to the Sun-hat villa portfolio for Summer 2024, we are proud to introduce you to Villa Margarita - a traditional four bedroom villa with a private pool that has been prepared to a high standard. Situated within close walking distance of the beautiful beach at Dunas Douradas and the renowned Maria's restaurant. The popular beach restaurants Julia's and Izzy's are also close by, as is the Vale do Lobo tennis centre for sports enthusiasts.

Villa Margarita features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a table tennis table, a football table and a darts board. With quality interiors throughout, fibre optic Wi-fi internet and air conditioning, included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

As you enter Villa Margarita you are welcomed into the bright and spacious lounge, dining area and onto the kitchen with marble work counters, an integrated electric oven, grill & microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, four electric hobs and a central extractor. Off the kitchen is the TV room which is furnished with a sofa bed, split unit air conditioning, a flat screen Smart TV (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open directly onto the garden.

The sofa bed is suitable for one extra person, should you require use of this, please request this one week in advance of your arrival.

The dining area can comfortably seat up to ten guests, steps lead down to the lounge which offers plenty of space for relaxation on the comfy sofa seating, the flat screen TV shows a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, there is a further seating area with two chairs and wonderful views of the pool and garden through the large window. Patio doors provide easy access to the pool terrace, letting you enjoy the sun and fresh air without having to go far from home. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level. The washing machine is located in the covered area next to the pool.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with spilt unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities, a bath tub, walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted TV showing the same channels as the previous bedroom and an en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes & split unit air conditioning. Bedroom four is a twin room with fitted wardrobes & split unit air conditioning. Both bedrooms three & four share the separate bathroom with shower and heated towel rail. There is a door between the bedrooms that leads directly to the pool area.

Any of the twin bedrooms can be made up as a double by request in advance of travel.

Outside Space

If you're looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, then look no further than this tranquil outdoor garden complete with a large private pool, measuring 10m x 5m and has steps for entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The pool terrace is surrounded by a lovely tiled terrace and garden. You can relax on the comfortable sun loungers with your favourite book or alternatively there is plenty to keep you entertained in the outside covered area complete with a bar & 2 stools, a fridge freezer, food preparation counter & sink, table football, darts board and a table tennis table. Whether you're enjoying a cool drink on the comfy rattan sofa & chairs, or cooking up a storm on the built-in brick BBQ, you'll be sure to have a great time!

Then there is also a fantastic roof terrace to enjoy, stairs at the front of the property lead you to a dining area complete with a large wooden table and seating for ten people, a gas BBQ & and food preparation counter. In addition the is a further seating area which is furnished with comfortable sofa and chair seating and two large parasols. A fantastic private spot to sip on a chilled sundowner while taking in the fabulous Algarve sunsets, truly an experience not to be missed!

Location

With the superb private swimming pool, exterior dining area and the spacious poolside terraces Villa Margarita has everything you need for your luxury family villa holiday- however the location of the property is also fantastic, you can choose to at any time to head down to the beautiful Dunas Douradas beach, which is only a few minutes’ walk away. Also within close walking distance is the renowned beachfront restaurant Maria's; as are the restaurants at nearby Praia do Garrao Nascente, where you will find trendy and popular beach restaurants such as Julia's and Izzy's.

The famous Vale do Lobo Praca, home to a wide selection of good quality restaurants including Sandbanks, Breeze and La Terrazza, can be accessed by walking along from the Dunas Douradas beach. And if you head in the other direction towards Quinta do Lago, you have a couple of excellent beach restaurants, such as the renowned 2 Passos with its fantastic views.

For sports enthusiasts, the Vale do Lobo tennis centre is on your doorstep and the superb golf courses that both Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago have to offer are also only a short distance away. Within 15 to 20 minutes’ drive are shopping malls, water parks, cinemas and other visitor attractions.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
