Living & Dining room with fire place, SAT TV, direct dial phone with voice mail. Fully equipped Kitchen. 2 Bedrooms- a Double and a Twin room and 3 Bathrooms, one being en-suite and one a WC for guests in the hall.

Privately owned townhouses – different features and décor, according to the owner. Deluxe townhouses have been recently refurbished and have a more modern décor.

Maximum Occupancy of Townhouses:- 2 Bed Townhouse - 5 Adults or 4 Adults and 2 Children (use of Sofa Bed) - 3 Bed Townhouse - 7 Adults or 6 Adults and 2 children ( use of sofa bed) 4 Bed Townhouse- 9 Adults or 8 Adults and 2 children ( use of sofa bed) Located approximately 2 -5 mins walking from the hotel.

Children above 12 years cannot share a sofa bed, the sofa bed in the townhouses are 190 in length and 160 in width

Meal Plans

Breakfast and half-board are free for children between 0-3 years inclusive in the same meal plan as paying parents. For children 4-12 years inclusive, a 50% discount applies in the same meal plan as paying parents. Children age 13 and over are considered adults. The same meal plan is required for all occupants and for the entire stay. With the half-board supplement, guests enjoy buffet breakfast and dinner. Buffet breakfast is served in Jardim Colonial and/or O'Grill, depending on the resort occupancy/season.

To 08 Jan 2026 la carte restaurants are not included with the half-board package. Beverages are not included in any of the meal plans.

From 09 Jan 2026 if wishing to dine at a an la carte restaurant( excl Yakuza) or in room dining, clients will enjoy a €55 dinner credit per adult of €27.50 for a child (4- 12yrs)
