Living Areas

Fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and freezer; stove with vitroceramic cook top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, orange juice machine. For safety, sprinklers and smoke detectors are installed. Separate laundry with washing machine & tumble dryer. Dining room with 6 to 8 seater large dining table next to the kitchenette. Spacious living & dining room with LCD flat screen TV and large terrace with garden access. Interior patio with sitting area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms with King or twin luxury collection beds and a private and furnished terrace/balcony. Satellite TV and Pay on Demand TV in all bedrooms. Bathrooms: 2 en-suites and a seperate wc in the two-bedroom & 3 Bedroom Terrace. 3 en-suites and a seperate wc in the 4 Bedroom Terrace.

Meal Plans

Breakfast and half-board are free for children between 0-3 years inclusive in the same meal plan as paying parents. For children 4-12 years inclusive, a 50% discount applies in the same meal plan as paying parents. Children age 13 and over are considered adults. The same meal plan is required for all occupants and for the entire stay. With the half-board supplement, guests enjoy buffet breakfast and dinner. Buffet breakfast is served in Jardim Colonial and/or O'Grill, depending on the resort occupancy/season.

To 08 Jan 2026 la carte restaurants are not included with the half-board package. Beverages are not included in any of the meal plans.

From 09 Jan 2026 if wishing to dine at a an la carte restaurant( excl Yakuza) or in room dining, clients will enjoy a €55 dinner credit per adult of €27.50 for a child (4- 12yrs)

The three bedroom terrace townhouses have an interior space of 295 square metres and a maximum sleeping capacity of 6 adults, or 6 adults and 1 child, up to the age of 12 years inclusive, sleeping on an extra bed.
