The property is built on two levels and sits in a huge plot nestled within the Pine tree countryside of Ludo Valley, just outside the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago and only a few minutes’ drive to the beaches, bars, restaurants and the golf courses of Laranjal and Pinheiros Altos. Casa Tatyana is the perfect place for a peaceful villa retreat with your family and friends.

Living Areas

The lounge area is furnished with sofa and chair seating; a flat screen Smart TV with a sound bar (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc); and split unit air conditioning. Steps lead down to a reading area with patio doors opening directly onto the upper poolside terrace, through to the dining area complete with a table and seating for six people and patio doors opening onto the terrace.

The kitchen has a central island and stool seating for four people and is well equipped with appliances including four gas hobs, an extractor, integrated electric oven & microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, juicer, coffee percolator and a kettle. Off the kitchen is the utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer, wine cooler, iron, ironing board and an extra fridge freezer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Bedroom two has a single bed and bunk bed so sleeps three and is ideal for children. This bedroom is complete with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Both bedroom ones and two share the adjacent family bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a double room (twin beds together with a double topper, this bed can be made as singles upon prior request), fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with lovely countryside views.

Bedroom four is a double room (twin beds together with a double topper which again can be made up as singles upon prior request), fitted wardrobes, a flat screen Smart TV (bring your own log-in codes to enjoy Netflix, Amazon prime, Apple etc), split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool area and garden.

Outside Space

Casa Tatyana, with its sweeping driveway and is situated on a huge laid to lawn plot with palm trees and a putting green. The private pool measures approximately 10m x 5m and has steps for convenient entry (pool heating is available for a weekly supplement upon prior request and there is a manual pool cover is available to help retain the heat at night). Also available for a one-off supplemental charge is pool fencing, ideal for those families with younger children. This facility needs to be arranged in advance. The gazebo houses the built-in charcoal BBQ, food preparation area, sink and wooden dining table with seating for eight people. For the sun worshippers in the party the poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a parasol for those that prefer a little shade.

Location

Casa Tatyana is located in Ludo valley close to the resort of Valverde and just a few minutes’ drive to the entrance roundabout of Quinta do Lago, one of the most exclusive areas of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays alike. Situated amongst championship golf courses such as Quinta do Lago, the Laranjal and Pinheiros Altos and also within close driving distance to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep such as the Green Valley, Thai bistro and Florian, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and the Bougainvillea Plaza where you will find boutique shops, restaurants, bars, banks and a supermarket.

Rates include a light midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
