Quinta do Lobisomen is a magnificent six bedroom, traditional Portuguese Farm house, built on three floors with an internal lift. Quinta do Lobisomen offers complete privacy, surrounded by a 2.50m high wall and has electric gates entry. Set in the countryside, but still very close to the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago and only a few minutes drive to the beaches, bars and restaurants.
Decorated to a high standard with a modern kitchen, fully equipped gym, cinema room and jacuzzi. Air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, all the bedrooms have blackout blinds. Fibre optic internet included in the rental rates.
On arrival you may park near the garage and take your luggage up in the lift to the bedrooms.
Enter into a large hallway where you find the sweeping staircase up to the first floor, there is also a lift for access to all floors. The hall flows into the large open plan lounge and dining area complete with a large dining table seating ten people, flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports; Sonos speakers - so you can download the app and stream your favourite personal music directly from your smart device; comfy sofa seating and quadruple patio doors opening onto the beautiful covered terrace.
The modern well equipped kitchen with a central island and appliances which include a gas range cooker with five hobs and two electric ovens, American fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and blenders, split unit air conditioning and a kitchen table seating six people. Patio doors open onto the BBQ kitchen and dining area.

Downstairs to the gym, cinema room, utility room and annex. Patio doors open onto a terrace. The sound proofed cinema room has a small bar, split unit air conditioning, large L-shaped sofa and carpet.
The annexe is on the ground floor and includes a kitchenette with a fridge, two electric hobs, electric oven and a cloakroom. Patio door opens to an outside area. The utility room on the ground floor houses the washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board.
All bedrooms have twin beds that can be made up as doubles upon prior request apart from the master which has a double bed.
Bedroom one is a twin room with split unit air conditioning and a ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with double vanities, walk in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a terrace. Bedroom five is a twin room with split unit air conditioning and a ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a front facing balcony. Bedroom six is the master double room with king sized bed and an open plan bathroom with a free standing bath, double vanities and a walk in shower. The bedroom has split unit air conditioning, a ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes. Patio doors open onto a balcony overlooking the pool with two sunbeds.
The covered terrace with wonderful views over pool area is equipped with a gas firepit, there is a relaxing area with large comfy sofas, Sonos speakers - so you can download the app and stream your favourite personal music directly from your smart device. The Jacuzzi area next to the pool has fire pit and comfy sofa seating, there is a small kitchen with a fridge, a food preparation area, a sink and a cloakroom. The laid to lawn garden is complete with a fish pond, mature shrubs, palm and olive trees. The large lake like pool measures approx. 22m x 10m with pool lights. The covered outside BBQ area has two dining tables seating eighteen and a central gas heater. There is an outside kitchen with a food preparation area and a sink, appliances include a fridge, dishwasher and a cooker.
Quinta do Lobisomen is located on the luxury Valverde development near to Quinta do Lago, and there are three restaurants, the Green Valley, the Thai bistro and the Florian restaurant within a short distance. Also very close by are the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and the Buganvilia plaza where you will find boutique shops, restaurants, bars, banks and a supermarket.
Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep.
All linen and towels including pool towels are provided and changed once per week. Maid service is included three times per week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday except public/bank holidays.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
