Overview

Villa Lilly is an impressive five bedroom, five bathroom villa, built on 3 levels- on the ground floor there is the kitchen & dining room, TV area, utility room and bedrooms one & two. The upper level has two en suite bedrooms including the master. The lower level is self contained with a separate exterior access and has bedroom five, an additional kitchen and a bathroom.

Villa Lilly has a gated entrance, leading to the spacious forecourt with off road parking for multiple cars. Air conditioning and fibre broadband internet throughout the property are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The ground floor kitchen, dining room and TV area are open plan. The kitchen is complete with an electric oven and grill, microwave, six gas hobs, toaster, kettle, coffee percolator, dishwasher, fridge freezer and split unit air conditioning. The dining room has a large table and comfortable seating for six and split unit air conditioning.

The TV area has two comfortable lounge chairs, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and also you can use Netflix (bring your own log-in password). Patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace. The villa has a Sonos sound system- so you can download the Sonos app and then play your favourite sounds from your smart device through the Sonos speakers. There is also on this level, next to the entrance hallway, a guest cloakroom.

The lounge has split unit air conditioning, ample comfy sofa seating with a large wall mounted flat screen smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and Netflix (bring your own log-in password). Double patio doors open onto the pool side terrace and the front of the villa. The utility room is on this level and is complete with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and a door to the exterior drying area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the pool side terrace. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the pool side terrace.

Upstairs to bedrooms three & four. Bedroom three is a double room with double fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with shower unit and a heated towel rail. Double patio doors open onto a balcony with two sun beds and a table with two chairs. Bedroom four is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a safe and an en suite full bathroom with a walk in shower and a heated towel rail. Double patio doors open onto the balcony overlooking the pool with two sunbeds and also a small balcony overlooking the front of the villa.

On the lower level is a separate living area ideal for the nanny or teenagers, this area is complete with a twin bedroom with split unit air conditioning, flat screen smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and an en suite shower room. The kitchen has appliances including a dishwasher, toaster, electric oven & grill, four electric hobs, and a washing machine. A door opens onto the front of the villa and steps lead up to the pool area.

Outside Space

The pool area is surrounded by trees, hedges, flowers and shrubs. The pool, with steps entry, measures approx. 10 metres x 5 metres and can be heated for an extra weekly supplement. The pool has an electric cover to help retain the heat at night. The poolside terrace is equipped with a gas BBQ, a sink, a table tennis table & sun loungers to soak up the Algarve sunshine, Next to the poolside terrace is the covered outside dining area which has a table seating eight people.

Location

Quinta Verde is located within short driving distance of the entrance to Quinta do Lago, the Quinta shopping complex where you will find designer boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants- and the nearby Bougainvillea Plaza where there are various eateries and a supermarket. In the surrounding area you have a wide range of excellent restaurants, a selection of championship golf courses and the local beaches are some of the most beautiful that the Algarve has to offer.

Maid service, bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Hairdryers and pool towels are provided for the guests' convenience.
