Overview

Villa Heather is a splendid five bedroom villa with private pool situated on a spacious plot in the Valverde resort in Quinta do Lago- a development of luxury properties located within close walking distance of the entrance roundabout of Quinta do Lago, the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and the Buganvilia Plaza. You will find a wide range of eateries, cafes and bars in Quinta shopping and the Buganvilia Plaza, alternatively there are three restaurants within close walking distance of Villa Heather.

With five bedrooms, Villa Heather sleeps up to 10 persons, and all bedrooms are en suite. The villa has lovely lawn gardens and a large private swimming pool, which can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The villa also features Wi-fi Internet and air conditioning throughout, which is included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Spacious open plan living room and dining room complete with split unit a/c; wi-fi internet connection; a wall mounted TV with an IPTV box including a wide range of English language channels. Furnished with comfy sofas and a dining table and chairs. From the living area, 3 sets of patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including 4 x electric hobs; extractor; integrated coffee machine; oven; microwave; 2 x fridge freezers; kettle; toaster and dishwasher. Adjacent utility area with washing machine & dryer; iron & ironing board and additional fridge freezer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms in the villa have split unit air conditioning and double wardrobes. Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Bedroom two has a double bed, an en suite shower room and doors to the terrace. Bedroom three, situated off the living room, has twin beds and an en suite shower room with double vanities. There is an additional guest cloakroom situated on the ground floor.

Bedrooms four and five are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom four has a double bed and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Bedroom five has a double bed, an en suite bathroom and patio doors to the terrace.

Outside Space

Villa Heather has a superb private swimming pool which measures 10 x 5 metres approximately with steps entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a shaded comfortable seating area. The integrated gas BBQ and food prep area serves the exterior dining table and chairs and will be the scene of many al-fresco family meals during your holiday. Around the pool area are lovely lawn gardens. There is parking space at the end of the villa driveway, protected by the electric entry gates.

Location

Villa Heather is located on the luxury Valverde development near to Quinta do Lago, and there are three restaurants, the Green Valley, the Thai bistro and the Florian restaurant within close walking distance. Also very close by are the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and the Buganvilia plaza where you will find boutique shops, restaurants, bars, banks and a supermarket.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bed linen change. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
