Sun Hat welcome you to Villa Mayfair, a luxury property with a private pool and garden, ideally located in the sought after Gondra area within the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago. This stunning villa has been decorated to a high standard and features an impressive entrance hall along with five well appointed bedrooms, offering space, style and comfort throughout.

For entertainment, the villa features a dedicated games room complete with a pool table, table football and table tennis, making it ideal for relaxed evenings and friendly family tournaments for all ages.

In addition, eight bicycles are available for guests to use, including two children’s bikes, three ladies’ bikes and three men’s bikes. Each bicycle comes with a helmet and security lock, giving you the freedom to explore the surrounding area with ease and peace of mind.

For your added comfort, Codage Paris toiletries are provided, including hand cream, conditioner, shampoo and shower gel. All bathrooms feature built in hairdryers, and bathrobes and slippers are also supplied.

Fibre optic WiFi and central air conditioning with individual room controls are included in the rental rate. Electric blinds, operated via a main central switch as well as individual room controls.

Living Areas

The lounge features a large flat screen Smart TV offering a wide selection of English language channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. Guests are welcome to use their own log in details for streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. Two armchairs and a generous 'L' shaped sofa provide plenty of comfortable seating, while triple patio doors flood the room with natural light and offer views across to the pool. The adjacent dining area includes a table seating up to twelve guests, and further patio doors open directly onto the pool terrace.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you are likely to need during your stay, including an American style fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, integrated electric oven with grill, a microwave, blender, kettle, sandwich maker, toaster, four electric hobs, extractor fan, dishwasher and a traditional cafeteira. A breakfast counter with two stools offers a relaxed space for morning coffee. The separate laundry room is fitted with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board for added convenience.

On the lower level of the villa you will find the air conditioned games room, complete with comfortable sofa seating, creating a relaxed space for both children and adults to unwind. For family entertainment, there is a pool table, table football and table tennis, along with a 55'' wall mounted flat screen Smart TV offering a wide range of English language channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. Guests are welcome to use their own log in details for streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. A PlayStation 3 is also available for use, and guests are kindly asked to bring their own games.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one, two and three. Bedroom one is a twin room with a wall mounted flat screen TV, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the garden.

Bedroom two is a double room with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, fitted wardrobes, a safe, and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace.

Bedroom three is complete with a single pull-out bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room.

Stairs lead upto bedrooms four & five. Bedroom four is again a twin room with a wall mounted flat screen TV, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity units. Patio doors open onto a shared balcony with bedroom four, furnished with four sun loungers.

Bedroom five is the master double suite with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen TV, and an en suite large bathroom with corner spa bath tub, a walk-in shower and double vanity units. Patio doors lead to the shared balcony with bedroom four.

On the lower level, next to the games room you will find an additional bedroom, this large room is ideal for teenagers who want to enjoy their own space. This room has two single pull out beds and a further two single beds accommodating four people. This bedroom is charged as a supplemental extra.

Outside Space

The private swimming pool is freeform in shape and measures approximately 10m x 9m, with steps providing easy entry. Pool heating is available for a weekly supplement. The surrounding wooden decking offers plenty of space to relax, with ample sun loungers and two double day beds, as well as a parasol for those who prefer some shade. A convenient outdoor shower room is also available for guests using the pool.

For those who enjoy cooking, the outdoor area is well equipped with a built in charcoal barbecue, wood grill, food preparation counter and sink, making it easy to prepare relaxed meals in the open air. The covered terrace overlooks the pool and features a large dining table with seating for twelve, ideal for long, al freso leisurely lunches. The landscaped garden is private, well lit and wonderfully peaceful. An outdoor lounge area with two sofas is framed by soft linen curtains and candle lanterns, creating a calm and inviting setting as the sun goes down.

Located in an ideal position within the resort of Quinta do Lago, within walking distance to Quinta Shopping and Buganvilia Plaza, where you find very nice restaurants, bars, shops, a disco, a supermarket and a pharmacy- and you are just 4 kms away from the beautiful white sand beaches of Quinta do Lago.
