Sun-hat are delighted to present Villa Burgess, a truly striking contemporary six bedroom villa designed for both comfort and pure opulence. Set across three floors, the property features a convenient internal lift, as well as an elegant sweeping wooden staircase, connecting each level.

This exceptional property is packed with standout features to enhance your stay. Enjoy both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a private spa complete with Hammam and a sauna, a gym equipped to the highest of standards, and a roof top heated jacuzzi. For entertainment, the games room is complete with a pool table, and a table football table, or relax in the superb soundproofed cinema room and stream your favourite shows.

Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, Villa Burgess offers a peaceful setting while keeping you close to everything you need. Pure Café is just a short walk away, ideal for morning coffee or a casual bite. Within a short drive, you can reach the Quinta do Lago lake, home to the popular Shack restaurant, or head to KoKo Lane to practice your golf swing.

Centralised air conditioning with individual room controls, and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet throughout, are all included within the rental rate. The garage has parking for three cars and an electric car charging point.

Living Areas

The interiors of Villa Burgess have been carefully designed to feel calm, spacious and easy to enjoy. The main living area is bright and open, with floor-to-ceiling glass that slides away to connect seamlessly with the poolside terrace. Blackout blinds are fitted for added comfort, while generous sofa seating makes this an ideal spot to relax at any time of day.

The dining area centres around a large table with seating for ten, perfect for shared meals, and features patio doors that open directly onto the terrace for effortless indoor-outdoor living. A sliding door separates this space from a cosy TV snug and the kitchen. The snug offers a comfortable sofa and a wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV (please bring your own login details for streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime).

The kitchen is both stylish and practical, also opening onto the terrace through floor-to-ceiling windows. A central island with electric hob and integrated extractor is paired with a breakfast bar and seating for four. Appliances include a large Miele fridge with separate freezer, microwave, large oven, wine cooler, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, juicer, cafetière and kettle. There is an extra drinks fridge and a wine cooler in the garage.

For those having to do a little work on holiday, there is an office complete with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV and an en suite shower room. A guest cloakroom is also conveniently located on this level.

On the lower level of the villa, everything is set up for relaxation and entertainment. Here you’ll find the utility room, private spa, gym, cinema and games room all in one convenient space. The utility room is fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The private spa, filled with natural light, offers a relaxing retreat with a Hammam, and a sauna, as well as an indoor swimming pool measuring approximately 5.5m x 2m, which can be heated for a weekly supplement. For those who like to stay active, the fully equipped gym includes a rowing machine, chest press, free weights, leg extension machine, exercise bike, multi-station cable machine, treadmill, flex strider and seated leg curl. Just next to the gym, a dedicated treatment room with two massage beds provides the perfect space to unwind and enjoy a spa experience at home.

For downtime, head to the games room with its pool table and a table football table, or settle into the soundproofed cinema room to stream your favourite shows from your smart devices. There’s also a comfortable lounge area with sofa seating, a wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV and a handy bar with fridge and seating for three. Patio doors open onto a small terrace with a shower room and WC, with steps leading up to the pool area. A guest cloakroom is also located on this level for added convenience.

On the roof terrace you will find a private jacuzzi and a shower.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level, you’ll find bedrooms one, two and three. Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Bedroom two is a twin room with a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite shower room. Bedroom three is a double room with a 1.60m x 2m bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite shower room.

Upstairs are bedrooms four, five and six, all featuring flat screen Smart TVs. Bedroom four is a double room with a 1.60m x 2m bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite shower room, with patio doors opening onto a shared balcony. Bedroom five offers a 1.80m x 2m double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room, also with access to the shared balcony.

Bedroom six is the standout master suite, complete with a 2m x 2m bed and floor-to-ceiling windows fitted with blackout blinds. It includes a spacious dressing room with fitted wardrobes and a safe, a comfortable seating area, and a large bathroom with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower and double vanity units. Patio doors open onto a private balcony.

Outside Space

The garden is completely private and laid to lawn with both faux and natural grass. The south facing swimming pool has a shallow sitting area which measures approx 14m x 3m, and the swimming pool measures 14m x 5m and has steps for easy entry. The poolside decking is furnished with sun loungers and two parasols if you prefer a little shade. There is a shaded seating area, great for relaxing with a good book. Al fresco meals can be enjoyed at the outside table. The chefs in the group will enjoy the gas BBQ, with a food preparation counter and a sink.

Villa Burgess is located in one of the most sought-after areas of Quinta do Lago- close to Pure cafe and the Quinta do Lago North golf course. Within a short drive, you can reach the Quinta do Lago lake, home to the popular Shack restaurant, or head to KoKo Lane to practise your golf swing.

Quinta do Lago is one of the most exclusive areas of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches.

Villa Burgess is a 15 minute drive from Faro International Airport and an under 5 minute drive from shopping centres, beautiful beaches, and a choice of many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve. The fashionable Quinta shopping centre is on your doorstep.
