Villa Sao Lourenco is a five bedroom property with a private swimming pool. This charming villa has bright and spacious interiors which have been thoughtfully decorated in neutral, earthy tones providing a subtle elegant feel.

Villa Sao Lourenco is located in the Sao Lourenco area of the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago and is set amidst mature gardens, extensive lawns and features an interior courtyard complete with a table tennis table.

Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout, are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Enter into the impressive hallway which leads to the spacious, open plan living areas and kitchen. The lounge is furnished with comfy sofa & chair seating and has a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV (please bring you own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), French windows lead to the pool and garden. Adjacent to the lounge is a further seating area which is complete with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and Sonos speakers.

The spacious kitchen has a central island and five accompanying stools and is fully equipped with Siemens appliances, other appliances include two fridge freezers, two ovens, two dishwashers, Smeg coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, small wine cooler and a blender. There is also an extendable dining table with seating for six. Large patio doors allow natural light to flood in and lead to the poolside terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

On lower level of the property you will find the laundry room which house the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and iron board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower. Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Stairs lead to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is the master double suite with a queen sized bed, split unit air conditioning, a dressing area and an en suite full bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower. Bedroom four is a double room with split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower.

On the lower level of the villa is bedroom five which is a twin room with natural light, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower.

Outside Space

The large covered terrace is complete with a bar area with three mini fridges and four accompanying stools. For the chefs in the group there is a Beefeater gas BBQ and the groups alfresco meals can be enjoyed on the rustic-chic dining table with seating for 10 persons. To keep you entertained there is a table tennis table, ideal for some fun family tournaments. The large poolside terrace is furnished with ten sun loungers, and two large parasols.

The pool measures approximately 14 metres x 5 metres and has steps for convenient entry (can be heated for a weekly supplemental) The extensive garden is laid to lawn and has a football golf to keep the little ones entertained.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Maid service 5 x per week with bathroom towels midweek and weekly; and bed linen changed weekly. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. Parking for six cars with two electric chargers.
