Overview

Sun-hat would like to introduce you to Villa Ten, a traditional & spacious four bedroom villa with a pool situated on the shores of the lake in the prestigious golfing resort of Quinta do Lago, and within easy walking distance of the beach where you cross the famous bridge which passes by Gigi's beach restaurant. Villa Ten has been recently updated with comfortable furniture and a fresh coat of paint.

Fibre optic Wi-fi internet and centralised air conditioning with individual room controls are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The kitchen is well equipped with a central island and five accompanying breakfast stools, and appliances include an electric induction hob with four rings, a griddle plate and fryer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, integrated electric oven and grill and an extractor fan. Patio doors open onto the covered dining terrace.

The open plan lounge and dining area is complete with a dining table and seating for eight people, ample comfy sofa seating, a flat screen Smart TV showing many cable channels including some English language channels such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Double patio doors open onto the partially covered terrace overlooking the pool and the lake.

There is a small office complete with a desk for those on a working holiday. A guest cloakroom is located near the front door.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin room (can be made as a double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a twin room (can be made as a double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the pool side terrace with lake views.

Upstairs to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a twin room (can be made as a double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Patio doors open onto a shared balcony with fabulous lake views. Bedroom four is a twin room (can be made as a double upon prior request) with a walk-in wardrobes, a flat screen smart TV and an en-suite with a separate bath tub, walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony with amazing lake views.

Outside Space

The garden is a wonderful space to enjoy the warm Portuguese weather while peacefully listening to the water gently lapping on the lakeside shore, it is primarily laid to lawn and planted out with palm trees and pretty shrubs. There is plenty of space to sunbathe on the poolside patio and the swimming pool measures approximately 12m x 4m and has steps for convenient entry. The wonderful lakeside view can also be enjoyed from the upper terrace furnished with a large table and seating for eight people, as you enjoy a meal cooked on the gas barbecue.

Villa Ten is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, bordering the famous Ria Formosa Nature Reserve of Quinta do Lago, one of the most exclusive areas of the Algarve, and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Villa Ten south-west facing position allows incredible sunset views over the Ria Formosa. Thanks to the ever changing tides and rich birdlife you will feel complete with nature. Other benefits of this sought after location are the surrounding restaurants and activities on offer, such as Unami, Casa Do Lago, Bovino, GIGI’s & Casa Velha, all just a short walk away, as is The Campus High Performance Gym & not forgetting the beautiful Quinta do Lago beach. Enjoy a cocktail at The Shack while the kids are occupied on Quinta Lake’s inflatable obstacle course and rentable paddle boards & kayaks.
