The kitchen and open plan living/ dining room are all on one level, with an open serving hatch connecting the kitchen to the dining area. The kitchen is full equipped, with appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine; Nespresso coffee machine; toaster; microwave; electric hobs; oven; fridge freezer and juicer.
The living/ dining room is air conditioned and furnished with a dining table for 4 persons, comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV with DVD player and satellite freeview channels. Doors lead to the private terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The bedroom is a double room with air conditioning and double wardrobes. The bathroom is next door with a bath with shower over and dual wash basins.

Doors from the living room lead to the private terrace, with patio furniture, two sun loungers and portable charcoal BBQ.

Centrally located, close to the tennis centre and with good access in and out of the resort of Vale do Lobo.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Foodpack contents are as follows, quantities are adjusted to suit the number in the party:- bread/milk/cheese/ham/coffee/sugar/tea/eggs/bacon/tomatoes/fruit/orange juice/rose wine/water.
