Villa Primavera is a three bedroom property situated in an ideal spot in Vale do Lobo, within walking distance from the golden beach and the bars, shops and restaurants of the Praca area. The villa offers comfort, privacy and security.
The main living space is a spacious open-plan lounge/dining room and this is accessed from the entrance hallway. The room is equipped with satellite/internet TV, radio, DVD player, wi-fi internet, fireplace and patio doors that lead out to the terrace and garden. A round glass dining table with wicker chairs features in the dining area of the room. There is also a separate cloakroom.
The spacious kitchen lies straight ahead and includes a toaster, coffee grinder and coffee-maker, microwave, whisk and an in-built barbeque-style grill etc. There is also a table for more informal meals and patio doors that lead out to the wrap around terrace and barbeque area. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Sleeping accommodation is spread over the two floors of this villa. Downstairs, one twin bedroom with separate bathroom is located in a wing leading off the main living area. Up a winding marble staircase a further twin bedroom is located, which benefits from an en-suite shower room, mirrored wardrobes and access to a sunbathing patio. The master bedroom is an extremely spacious double bedroom (bed measures 1.90m x 1.75m) with armchairs and an en-suite bathroom, separate shower and double sinks. The bedroom also has patio doors that lead to the upper sunbathing terrace.
Villa Primavera has electronically operated security gates, which lead to the paved driveway and garden. A distinctive palm trees feature in this garden, next to the large swimming pool, with Roman-style entry steps. The garden offers ample space to relax and sunbathe, a portable gas barbeque with outdoor sink and food preparation area, and a patio that wraps around the villa with plenty of comfortable furniture. A pretty coverage of bougainvillea grows up the wall of the covered terrace area and potted plants, well kept lawns and shrubs create a relaxing environment.

Rates include a maid cleaning service, bedroom linen, pool and bathroom towels. The property is air-conditioned throughout using a central system and is available for a weekly supplement. Unlimited WiFi available to all guests.
Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
