Overview

Sun-hat would like to introduce Apartment Cammy, a lovely two bedroom property with a private jacuzzi. Built on two levels and benefitting from a central location in Vale do Lobo- directly across the road from the renowned tennis academy and within close walking distance of the beautiful beach at Dunas Douradas. Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The kitchen has split unit air conditioning and is fully equipped with appliances including a kettle, toaster, four electric hobs, an extractor, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, Ninja blender and a fridge freezer. A serving hatch opens to the dining area and lounge. The dining area is complete with a table and seating for six people.

The air conditioned lounge is comfortably furnished with ample sofa seating, a feature fire place, flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the popular English channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Patio doors lead to a large terrace which overlooks the tennis academy.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with double vanities. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open on the shared terrace with the lounge.

Outside Space

The spacious terrace off the lounge has a partially covered dining area complete with a table and seating for eight people. There are four sunbeds for you to relax on and a parasol if you are looking for a little shade. There is a gas BBQ complete with a food preparation counter and a sink, ideal for creating all your holiday al-fresco meals. The newly added jacuzzi is the perfect place to enjoy a sundowner after a busy day exploring.

Location

Located within the exclusive resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the Tennis Academy, and a short walk to the beautiful Dunas Douradas beach where the popular and stylish Maria's restaurant is located- and just a short walk along the coast takes you to the Julia's beach where there is a selection of trendy restaurants and bars.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service three times per week with a mid-week bathroom towel change and a weekly bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
