The apartment is arranged over 2 levels, the main entrance leads onto a stylishly furnished open plan living/dining space with TV with satellite freeview channels and Sky Sports, and which opens out onto the Charcoal BBQ terrace with plunge pool. The pool is kidney shaped and measures approximately 3 x 5 metres.
There is also a guest washroom and fully fitted modern kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The excellent décor continues in the sleeping accommodation on the upper level, and includes a master double bedroom (bed measures 1.8m x 2m) with private balcony and en suite bathroom. There are a further 2 twin bedrooms, one of which also has a balcony, these two bedrooms share a separate bathroom with bath and shower.
Location
Apartment Romaine enjoys a central location in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, with the tennis centre close by. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses and over ten other excellent courses nearby in Vilamoura and Quinta do Lago. For nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve. Apartment Romaine is also just 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. The wonderful Ria Formosa nature reserve starts near Vale do Lobo and stretches 50km along the coast, with walks, cycling paths and boat trips to islands and bird reserves.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
