Overview

Apartment Micaela is a high specification two bedroom, first floor apartment complete with it's own private jacuzzi. Located in the classy Margarida resort area of Vale do Lobo, this first floor property is accessed via the lift or a flight of stairs.

With Wi-fi internet, electric shutters with central control panel by the front door and central air conditioning with individual room controls throughout - all included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Enter into the bright and spacious lounge with comfy sofa seating, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports, and double patio doors that open onto the decked terrace. (Please bring your onw log-in credentials to enjoy your Netflix, Amazon Prime etc accounts). Through to the open plan modern kitchen and dining area with a large dining table and seating for six persons and patio doors opening onto a private balcony.

The kitchen is well equipped and has appliances including four electric hobs, an electric oven and grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, extractor and microwave. The utility room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also an additional guest cloakroom near the front door.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a shared balcony. Bedroom two is a twin room with a further single bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room.Patio doors open onto the shared balcony.

Outside Space

The balcony off the lounge is decked and furnished with outdoor comfortable sofa and chair seating, and is partially covered giving some shade. Four steps lead up to the jacuzzi. There is a gas BBQ for the chefs in your party to create amazing al fresco meals which can be enjoyed on the large dining table with seating for up to ten people and that sits on the balcony off the kitchen.

Situated in the exclusive Margarida area of Vale de Lobo within short driving distance of the beach, the Praca, the local golf courses, a selection of restaurants & bars and Quinta shopping.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon, Wed & Fri; with bathroom towels changed midweek and linen changed weekly. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
