Open plan living/dining room with flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports and DVD player. Double patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer; coffee maker; toaster; electric hobs; oven; integrated microwave; kettle and dishwasher. The utility cupboard houses the washing machine & tumble dryer. Iron & ironing board.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one has twin beds, wall mounted TV, central a/c system and an en suite shower room.
Bedroom two is the master suite complete with double bed, central a/c system, wall mounted TV, double wardrobes with safe, en suite bathroom with double vanities, bath and separate shower unit; and doors to the terrace with table and chairs and great views of the 12th green of the Vale do Lobo Royal golf course.
Outside Space
The poolside terrace is furnished with four sun loungers. The pool is of an infinity style and measures approximately 7 x 4 metres with steps entry. Next to the poolside terrace is the shaded dining terrace with charcoal BBQ.
Location
Situated in a new and exclusive area of Vale de Lobo, within short driving distance of the beach, the Praca, the local golf courses, a selection of restaurants & bars and Quinta shopping.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week, bathroom towels are changed midweek and weekly, linen is changed weekly. Pool towels are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
