Overview

Sun-hat are delighted to introduce you to Apartment Saami, a charming two bedroom, first floor property situated within the Jardins do Golfe gated development with access to a communal pool.

The apartment boasts a thoughtfully curated décor that creates a fresh and inviting ambiance, and it enjoys a prime location near the main entrance of Vale do Lobo. Air conditioning and Fibre optic wi-fi internet are included in the rental rate.

Please be aware that Apartment Saami has several steps leading up to the front door, which may make it less desirable for elderly guests or families with young children.

Living Areas

The air conditioned living area of apartment Saami is of an open plan and comfortably furnished including an 'L' shaped sofa, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of English speaking channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy streaming platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Patio doors open onto a south east facing private balcony overlooking the communal pool and gardens.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including four electric hobs, an extractor, kettle, electric oven & grill, fridge freezer, juicer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hand blender and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Both bedrooms one & two are air conditioned and can be prepared as either a double or twin room upon prior request. Bedroom one is a double room with two singles beds measuring 0.90m x 2.00m pushed together with a double topper, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite full bathroom. Patio doors open onto the lounge balcony.

Bedroom two is a twin room with two beds measuring 0.90m x 2.0m, fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen TV, and use of the adjacent shower room.

Outside Space

From the living area patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the communal pool and gardens and furnished with comfy sofa seating, an outside dining table and four chairs and a gas BBQ. At the entrance of the property there is a further table with two chairs.

Location

The Jardins do Golfe complex is ideally located near the main entrance of the prestigious Vale do Lobo resort, with easy parking and a front gate secured by a code. Jardins do Golfe provides guests access to a well maintained communal pool. For dining, Paixa Restaurant & Wine Bar within the complex features a glass wine cellar showcasing an impressive selection of wines and, during cooler months, offers the warmth of an open log fire.

Guests can enjoy a leisurely 15-minute walk along a resort pathway to reach the beach, Praca and family mini golf. The Praca has a wide range of bars, cafes and eateries to choose from and also family entertainment during the summer months. Or take a short stroll to the nearby clubhouse for the renowned Royal and Ocean golf courses, where they’ll find a variety of shops, a spa, and the popular Spikes Bar & Restaurant. Additionally, Jardins do Golfe is conveniently close to a family medical centre, supermarket, café, and ATMs. For those arriving by air, Faro Airport is just a 20-minute drive away.

Rates include a maid cleaning service Tuesday & Friday, with a midweek bathroom towel change and a weekly bed linen & bathroom towel change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
