Casa Coral is a stunning high specification villa with private pool located in the Quadradinhos area of the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a heated swimming pool, this luxurious property is perfect for your family villa holiday in the Algarve.

Living Areas

The main living area of Casa Coral is the open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with patio doors leading directly to the poolside terraces. Relax on the comfortable sofas watching the wide range of English language cable channels on the wall mounted flat screen TV- including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV. Or enjoy listening to your favourite sounds on the Sonos music system, which you can link up to your own I-phones etc

The interior and exterior dining tables both seat eight persons, or alternatively the breakfast bar seats four. The contemporary design kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances including four electric induction hobs, integrated extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, fridge freezer, oven and microwave- all Siemens. The tumble dryer lives in the exterior utility cupboard.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has two single beds that can be prepared as a double upon request (1.80 x 2.00) and an en suite shower room. Bedroom two has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00) and an en suite shower room. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom which utilises the shower room next door.

Bedroom four is the master suite and this is on the first floor of the villa. Double bed (measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres) and flat screen TV with the cable channels and DVD player. Double wardrobes with safe and an en suite bathroom with double wash basins, bath tub and separate shower unit. The large private terrace is furnished with both sun loungers and comfy seating. Please note that this terrace is not suitable for young children to be left unattended.

Outside Space

The swimming pool measures approximately 15 x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The poolside terraces are flanked by lawn gardens which are great for sunbathing. To the side of the house is the excellent dining terrace with integrated Beefeater gas BBQ and a fridge for drinks.

Location

Within close walking distance of Casa Coral is a delightful Portuguese tapas restaurant, and the villa is also situated less than a 5 minute walk to the main roundabout entrance for Vale do Lobo, where there is a supermarket.

The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo has two excellent golf courses, the Ocean and Royal courses; the renowned tennis centre and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
