Villa Nove is a stunning five bedroom villa with private pool that has been beautifully renovated to a very high standard. Situated in the Quadradinhos area of the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, the villa benefits from a large garden and a private heated swimming pool and offers privacy and luxury. Living Areas

Lovely spacious living room area with patio doors leading to the shaded terrace. Large flat screen TV with an IPTV system with English language channels and Bluetooth speakers. Separate dining room.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including an integrated microwave and oven, American style fridge freezer with ice maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, Nespresso coffee maker, electric hobs and dishwasher. Exterior access laundry room with washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one to four are in the ground level of the property. Bedroom one has a double bed with doors to the terrace and an en suite shower room. Bedrooms two, three and four have twin beds and en suite shower rooms. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Bedroom five is on the first floor of the villa, and this room is complete with a double bed, an en suite with double wash basins and shower, and patio doors leading to the private terrace with double sun lounger bed.

Outside Space

The private saltwater swimming pool measures approximately 11 x 5.5 metres and it can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Peaceful poolside terrace furnished with sun loungers. Extensive lawn garden area and shaded terrace with comfy seating, exterior dining table and chairs and BBQ.

Within walking distance of Villa Nove is a delightful Portuguese tapas restaurant, and the villa is also situated within walking distance to the main roundabout entrance for Vale do Lobo, where there is a supermarket.

The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo has two excellent golf courses, the Ocean and Royal courses; the renowned tennis centre and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.
