Apartment Rhona is a luxury, high quality two bedroom apartment with a private plunge pool and generously sized terraces. Centrally located in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the tennis academy. With Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
The living/dining room is accessed via four steps up from the entrance hallway and is complete with a dining table and four chairs, comfortable seating, split unit a/c, a wall mounted flat screen TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi internet and DVD player. Patio doors lead to both of the terraces.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer, microwave, juicer, electric hobs, blender, cafetiere, dishwasher, toaster, fryer and portable electric grill. The separate utility cupboard houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is located by the entrance to the apartment. This room has twin beds, a/c, window to front aspect, double wardrobes and the use of the adjacent bathroom with double wash basins and bath with shower.
Bedroom two is the master suite with double bed (two twin beds together to make a double), split unit a/c, double wardrobes with safe, doors to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower unit and double wash basins.
Outside Space
Apartment Rhona benefits from two lovely terraces. The first terrace is furnished with a table and chairs and comfortable seating with electric awnings for shade and views to the tennis centre. The second terrace is the pool terrace with freeform shaped plunge pool with ladder entry that measures approximately 6 x 3 metres. This terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, 2 sunloungers and reclining chairs.

Centrally located in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the tennis centre where you will find a restaurant, snack bar and communal pool.
Other Items
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service, bedroom linen (changed weekly) and bathroom towels (changed midweek and weekly). Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
Bespoke Arrival shopping as per client request. Payable in resort, €1.00 per item on receipt (minimum charge €25.00) plus cost of shopping bill
