Furnishings in the dining area have a distinctly ‘al fresco’ appeal, and doors lead out onto the covered patio, where you can enjoy meals from the BBQ and enjoy a spectacular view at the same time. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc.

Sleeping accommodation comprises three twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite.
Outside Space
The villa has a secluded garden which is laid to lawn with mature trees, shrubs, hedges and flowering plants. The ocean view is completely unspoilt and the pool, which is approximately 9m x 4m with Roman style steps, has a generous poolside terrace. The shallow end of the pool is 1.00 metres in depth, and the deep end is 2.30 metres in depth.

The restaurants and bars of the Praca are within a 5 minute walk.

This property comes with free Wifi. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms, the dining room and the living room and is included in the rental cost.
Rates include bedroom linen, bathroom towels and a regular maid cleaning service.
Please note that a villa refurbishment project is taking place on a neighbouring villa to Casa da Sereira that is scheduled to finish at the end of June 2025. Whilst works are in progress it is expected that there will be background building work noise from the site depending on the type of works taking place at any given time.
The villa is being offered with a 15% discount for all new bookings for the month of June to take into consideration any background noise disturbance from these works.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
